Bridging the Gap from AI Pilots to Enterprise Deployment - Wednesday, April 22nd, 11:00 AM EST
|
Most AI pilots look promising in a sandbox—but they struggle to scale across the digital thread and into real engineering, manufacturing, and service workflows.
For PTC users, the challenge isn’t building AI models—it’s connecting data across systems, governing outputs, and enabling AI to support the full product lifecycle in a trusted, operational way.
On April 22 at 11 AM ET, join us for VisionCast, ChapsVision’s virtual launch event, where we’re introducing ChapsAgents, a new enterprise agentic AI platform designed to help organizations build, govern, and scale AI agents across real business processes.
What you’ll learn:
- How to move beyond isolated AI pilots and into production-ready deployments
- Ways to connect and activate knowledge across engineering, manufacturing, and service systems
- How agentic AI can support real workflows across the digital thread
- What it takes to deploy AI with governance, security, and control built in
Stop experimenting in silos. Start deploying AI that works across your enterprise.

Here's 250 more reasons to join IQNOX at PTC/USER Global Summit 2026
|
We’re excited to be at the PTC/USER Global Summit in Las Vegas this year. If you’re planning to attend, you can save $250 on registration with code IQNO26. If you’ll be there, come find us at Booth 55.
We’ll also be presenting on April 28 from 5:00–6:00 PM in Miranda 1, where we’ll be sharing “IQNECT: The Intelligent Evolution of Unified Engineering.” In this session, we’ll explore how IQNECT transforms the way engineering teams understand their product ecosystem by unifying requirements from Codebeamer and product structures from Windchill into a single, intelligent view. By revealing relationships between requirements and parts in one view, IQNECT empowers teams with clearer insight, faster decisions, and a more connected approach to modern product development.
Beyond IQNECT, we’re looking forward to connecting with teams around broader initiatives across ALM, PLM, and IoT. At IQNOX, we partner with organizations in regulated industries to modernize systems, improve traceability, and ensure compliance, without slowing down development. Whether it’s implementation, integration, or long-term strategy, our goal is to help teams scale with confidence.

Digital Thread Integration Optimized for PTC
|
Missed the live session? The takeaway is what matters.
As a Platinum Sponsor of the PTC/USER Global Summit 2026, PROSTEP is focused on one priority: enabling PTC environments to operate as part of a scalable, multi-vendor Digital Thread.
In complex engineering landscapes, integration is the foundation for execution.
As part of the CIMdata-administered Aerospace & Defense PLM Action Group (AD PAG) benchmark, PROSTEP demonstrated real-world Digital Thread use cases evaluated against independent criteria for integration, traceability, and system interoperability.
In the session, we walk through how organizations are:
- Connecting engineering solutions across PLM, ALM, ERP, and MBSE ecosystems
- Establishing governed Digital Thread continuity across domains
- Enabling cross-system traceability to support Digital Twin initiatives
- Modernizing legacy environments without disrupting operations
▶ Watch the on-demand session: https://youtu.be/BblX9a7wxRo?si=bLg_7Dorga3LERE4

Automate design rule checks with bananaz AI
|
The team at bananaz AI just rolled out a major upgrade to its Design Checks feature, introducing a new UI that lets you easily manage your company's design rules.
You can add, remove, enable, or disable rules with just a few clicks, giving engineering teams full control over what gets validated.
Every design is then automatically verified against these rules before moving forward, helping teams catch issues early and maintain consistency.
Design Checks also captures critical engineering knowledge, preserving decisions, validations, and design context, so your organization builds a scalable knowledge base instead of relying on tribal expertise.

How Schaeffler Built Its Digital Thread - A Story of Transformation
|
How to simplify complex processes in a global organization? The Schaeffler Group case
In today’s world of advanced manufacturing and engineering, scale is both a huge opportunity… and a significant challenge. How do you effectively manage data, processes, and collaboration across teams spread around the globe?
Schaeffler Group – one of the world’s largest family-owned technology companies, operating in over 55 countries – faced exactly this challenge.
Together with Transition Technologies PSC, they developed a solution that:
- integrates data from multiple systems (SAP, PLM)
- eliminates manual data transfers
- increases transparency across order and project processes
- enhances collaboration between sales, engineering, and logistics
The result? A unified, digital process for managing orders – from the first customer interaction all the way to production and delivery.
This is a powerful example of how technology can truly support operational transformation in large organizations - reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and accelerating product development.

Your Windchill Implementation Went Live. So Why Isn't It Working?
|
Across manufacturing organizations of every size, we're seeing the same pattern: Windchill is deployed, the project is technically "complete," and yet adoption is declining. Departments revert to spreadsheets. Leadership questions the investment. Sound familiar?
The root cause is almost never technical.
In most cases, the system works fine — but engineering, manufacturing, and IT each use it differently, nobody owns process governance, and the organizational alignment that makes PLM valuable was never put in place.
Element Consulting specializes in exactly this problem. We call it the translation layer — making sure departments agree on what data means when it crosses system boundaries, and building the process foundation that turns a technically successful deployment into one that actually delivers ROI.
Across our client base, we've seen adoption jump from 35% to 80%+ in as little as four months — not by re-implementing the technology, but by realigning how teams use it.
If your organization has a Windchill environment that's underperforming, or an implementation that stalled somewhere between go-live and full adoption, stop by booth #49 at the Summit. We're happy to talk through what we're seeing and whether a similar approach could work for your team.

Better Products Through Mechanical Variation Management
|
The result? Improved profitability across the entire enterprise.
Mechanical variation is inevitable. However, reactively addressing mechanical variation issues leads to additional costs, lowering overall profitability. Not addressing mechanical variation issues when they’re detected or completely missing them altogether lowers product quality and, in turn, can impact company reputation, leading to less revenue.
Proactive mechanical variation management can be a reality with Sigmetrix. Our tolerance analysis and GD&T solutions drive profitability across the product development cycle, resulting in higher quality and lower costs across a product’s entire lifespan. Our solutions help companies optimize their manufacturing processes, enabling more efficient decision making across the enterprise, which leads to notable product quality improvements without driving up costs.
This is simply the beginning of the impact Sigmetrix can have on your organization. Visit our website today at https://www.sigmetrix.com for more information on solutions, training, implementation and more!
Use our Contact Form to submit a request or simply send a direct email to one of the listed addresses and a team member will get back to you quickly!

Altium at PTC/USER Global Summit in Las Vegas
|
Come visit us at Booth 14 to see how Altium can help you incorporate electronic design data (ECAD) into your digital transformation strategy.
Electronics has evolved into the primary driver of hardware innovation, supply chain optimization, and integrated product development. As a result, ensuring the ability to easily manage and integrate your ECAD manufacturing and BOM data together with PTC Windchill—for full product definition—is key.
In addition, we can show you how a controlled, automated ECAD-MCAD collaboration methodology can streamline this process and eliminate risky, file-based transfer methods.
We also invite you to attend the presentation “The Missing Link – Building a Connected Digital Thread for Electronics Development with ECAD and PTC Windchill,” on Thursday, April 30 at 3:05 p.m. The session will be co‑presented by Linda Mazzitelli, Sr. Director, Altium Global Enterprise Technical Sales, and Ruediger Scholz of PTC.
We look forward to connecting with you in Las Vegas.
